Personal Training at Integym is the fastest, most effective, yet safest way to change your body. In less than an hour you will achieve a full-body workout concentrating on areas people struggle with the most. For women it can be the hips, thighs, butt, abdominals and arms whereas for men it can be chest, abdominals and legs.
Each strength section of the workout is guided by a stretching routine in order to maintain flexibility. Training allows you to block “life” out for the hour, creating the mental benefits similarly obtained by the practice of yoga or meditation. What does Personal Training do for my body?
Personal training involves usage of different training techniques customised to suit your body type and intensity. The trainer will ensure, you burn calories and gain lean muscle. We bring out the natural tone your body and also strength your heart and lungs system.
How soon will I see results?
The time to achieve good results depends on your current health status and your previous training history. However, a visible difference to the eye takes a good effort and will need anywhere close to 20 weeks of consistent training, strict adherence to nutrition and minimum 8 hours of sleep.
For optimal results, personal training should be taken at least 3-4 times per week. Your actual results will vary, as it depends on how often you are coming and what you are eating!
Do you have different levels of Personal Training plans?
The training plans differ in terms of the goal and expectations of the member signing in.
Plan – Rookie
Frequency – 2 PT sessions per week.
Level – Beginner
It’s a perfect plan for beginners since as per ACSM guidelines, it is suggested to exercise 2 to 3 times per week. A beginner can be of 2 types.
1) The person is exercising for the first time
2) The person has not exercised a minimum of 3 times/week for more than 6 months
Plan – Fat loss
Frequency – 3 PT sessions per week.
Level – Novice and Intermediate
For people struggling to drop weight and lose inches in their problem areas, we suggest you train using different modalities with the trainer apart from a structured cardio training routine
Plan – Muscle and Fitness
Frequency – 4 sessions per week.
Level – Intermediate and Advanced

Frequency – 5 sessions per week.
